Description

Head Games is a somewhat large group of rocks located directly at the bottom of Strube Loop. Very hard to miss.
It offers cooler temperatures in the summer with plenty of shade.
There are some low-to-the-ground mantels and few smaller boulders in this area, as well as nice traverse.

Several different areas in Head Games to climb:
Motor Skills- Home to: The "O" Face, Why the Long Face?, Fatties Fit Fine, Snake Oil Salesman, Contortionist
Decapitation- Home to: Human Sacrifice, Toilet Water...and lots of un-named stuff

Getting There

As said before, Head Games is located at the bottom of Strube Loop and is very hard to miss. Can be accessed via a path that leads up to the top located on the right side of the road, or a quick scramble up from the Braille Trail.
Parking can be found all along Strube Loop at any of the campsites or the parking area at the Braille Trail

To get to:
Motor skills: Walk up the hill towards the large rocks, and walk all the way around the left side until you see a path leading into some trees. **work is being done to develop the Motor Skills area. Please leave the dead trees where they are so climbers don't roll down the hill :)

Decapitation: Walk up the hill from the Braille Trail parking lot. The Decapitation area consists of a few boulders slightly to the left of the cliffs.

Human Sacrifice V3 PG13  WY : Casper Mountain : ... : Head Games
Kick ass moves. Start matched on the crimp, get to the large sloper in the middle of the boulder and follow the arete to the top. Crux is getting around the nose. Also a little mentally cruxy due to all the broken rocks near the landing... have a good spotter!...[more]   Browse More Classics in WY
