Description Suggest change

The Hayes Glacier is an inspiring place to spend a few weeks if the weather is good. There are a plethora of lines to climb, from huge faces with new potential and significant repeats to easy partial day objectives. From this glacier you can access the west face of Mt. Hayes, Mt. Balchen, Mt. Geist, and Mt. Skarland, all of these range from over 13,000 ft to around 10,500 ft.

Getting There Suggest change

Either fly in from Delta or Fairbanks or hike in from the Richardson highway. Real climbers hike at least in or out from the range, careful getting across the Delta river though!
