I am looking for a harness with ice clipper slots, stiff gear loops, and a way to center the gear loops on your waist. The CAMP Quartz CR3 comes close but the gear loops are too floopy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Petzl Corax is designed for ice climbing and holds Petzl Caritool Ice Clippers.

My Petzl Adjama is a good mix in between as I use it for sport and ice. It does have the two ice clipper slots but the Adjama does not have two adjusting points for the front bleay loop, just one.

Look at the Camp CR 4 exactly what you are looking for. The CR 4 has stiffer gear loops then the CR 3 and it has duel buckles for front adjustment and ice climber slots.

But if by stiff gear loops you mean plastic, I don't know who makes one. DMM's are like Wild County's, nylon with plastic tubing over them to make them stiff.

I have the Wild Country Synchro as well. Is is heavier than the Renegade and more bulky... But a good harness none the less.

Petzl Corax might fit the bill too

Regarding the Camp gear loops, in practice I find them to work fine although they aren't as stiff as I normally prefer. That said, the harness is just so darn comfortable, easy to use, and built of such quality that the gear loops aren't an issue.

How stiff/floppy are the gear loops on the dmm renegade?

The Renegade has plastic tubes that cover webbing loops as seen in this photo. Same setup that Wild Country uses. You could check it out at your local shop that carries WC harnesses. My guess is with Excalibur importing/selling them now we will start to see DMM harnesses in U.S. shops a lot more often.

You can see what they give you for ice clipper slots in the photo as well.
