Access Issue: Reopened after flood damage!

Per Stewart M. Green: the park has been reopened after the floods. Be careful to evaluate the rock integrity to preserve the resource and insure safety.
Description
Skip the slimper start of Hangnut V7 and use the two higher crimp holds to do a jump start to the pinch. This is pretty much just the dyno and mantle finish to Hangnut. Ryan is credited with the F.A. but as simple as this problem is it could have gone decades prior.
