Hand line at Cathey's Creek Crag

On my trip out to Catheys Creek we encountered a 50ft hand line that ran from the rotten tree at the top of steep part of the trail down to where the trail runs back up hill. It was a thick purple and white rope (think rope swing at the lake). This doesn't belong in Pisgah. Needles to say the rope was removed. Please practice LNT!!!
