Description
Hamilton Boulders is a newly discovered and well developed area just north of Beacon Rock. The rock is good quality, tends to be very featured. There is a little of everything at Hamilton Boulders. Boulders range in size from 6' to over 20'. There are multiple high quality roof lines that run from V5-V8, and a wide range of quality lines from VB-V11, with many in the V3-V7 area. Most of the boulders face the south, and get sunshine if it is out, so it is a viable place to climb year around. In the winter, if you go out after noon on a sunny day, then most of the main boulders will be in the sun and fairly warm.

Getting There
The boulders are on State Park land, so make sure you have your State Parks Annual pass on you, as the rangers will ticket you.
From from Beacon Rock, drive up Keuffler road and take a right on the road that is marked for equestrian parking. You will come to a parking lot, park there, and then head up the road past the gate. The road will take a right turn and head uphill. Right before that, you will see a talus field on your left. There is a faint trail heading toward the talus field. Follow the trail and you will see a large boulder up the hill about 100' feet. The trail continues across the talus field to the left. Follow rock carins and faint trails across the talus field, and start climbing. Boulders are scattered throughout the field.
