Description

Gygrestolen is the characteristic rock formation to the west of Bø, that can be seen from many places around town. Many good routes with exciting exposure and views of Bø.

Getting There

From the train station, drive 3,7km towards Lunde. Turn right towards Tveiten. Follow the road for 1,5km and go left where it parts. Follow the road along the left side of the lake and park alongside the road, by the second marked path to Gygrestolen.
