Gunks partner for 10/26

Just getting into trad climbing. Have never placed gear. Don't know how to set up anchors but have seconded a few 11's. According to my usual partner I'm not the best at using a nut tool. With that said i've been clipping bolts for almost 20 years. A boulderer and sport climber antsy to get into trad climbing. I've got a head on my shoulders and a good, never before used rack and 60 meter rope. I've also belayed folks in years past on several X routes out in Colorado and they lived to tell the story at my wedding last year. A good sense of humor I have as well. I don't look good in a harness. Not the most ideal candidate for a partner on 10/26 but by god I promise to be the best person to second any route you lead, and I may possibly lead an easy route if you show me how to set up anchors. PM me if you are interested. Regardless, if no one expresses interest i''ll be the guy bouldering alone. But i'll have all of my route climbing gear in the car just in case.
