Description

Gun Show is home to some of the newest routes at the Far Side and the popular slab route Endless Bliss. There are a number of enjoyable 5.10 routes on this crag which faces south and has good sun exposure.

Getting There

On the main approach trail, pass the side trails to Overhaul and Gritscone, then take a right at a fork just past a sign warning of an underground cable. Look for a large fallen log on the right side of the trail, and a climbers trail leading downhill on the far side of it. This will take you to Gun Show.

Alena just below the ledge on GS-3.5

GS-3.5 5.10b 6a+ 19 VII- 19 E2 5b  WA : Central-West Cascades & Sea... : ... : Gun Show
Very short route just to the right of GS-3. It's not in my guidebook and is between GS-3 and GS-4, so I'm calling it GS-3.5. Chains are right above the ledge ~15ft up. Crux seems to be right below the ledge. Top rope can be set up either by leading lower part of the GS-3 (5.8) or by short scramble to the left of GS-3....[more]   Browse More Classics in WA
