Description

Start as for Garden Wall but traverse left once above the undercut start (easier) or go straight up the undercut to the first bolt (harder and height dependent) and move up lichen-covered climbing to anchors.

Location

Left of Garden Wall route about 8 feet right of arete.

Shown as route #3 on route topo photo for Las Conchas Gateway Rock.

Protection

5 bolts to two bolt anchor.

The route has some lichen on it. It will get better with more traffic. It is a good addition to the Gateway Rock.

Another good route on Garden Wall. Lots of lichen though, so wear sunglasses! Start seems to be the crux with 5.7 climbing above.

FA team needed to spend more time with a brush cleaning the route.
