Description
Up on the hillside above the Greek Creek campground is an attractive crag that can be seen clearly from the road or the campground when travelling north to Bozeman.
Getting There
Park at Greek Creek campground or one of the adjacent pullouts and hike uphill, aiming for the obvious checkerboarded crag. There is a small gated service road in the middle of the east campground that leads up to a USFS summer cabin. Hike up this road from the campground a hundred yards or so until a sharp right turn. From the hairpin right turn, walk about 100 yards further up the road. On your left will be a small cairn. Head across the meadow here, aiming for the power line pole. You will encounter a couple more cairns along the way. Once you find the faint trail, it is easy to follow all the way up to the crag.
