Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This somewhat obscure wall is home to a small collection of face routes from 5.9 to 5.10+ on so-so rock.

Getting There

From the Split Rock parking area follow a climber's trail southwest, aiming for a wall with a distinctive diagonal dike system clearly visible on the approach. Turn left into a bushy, rock-filled valley aiming for the left side.
