Can anyone recommend (first-hand experience, please) a good doc and/or PT in the Seattle or Portland areas for a forearm/elbow soft-tissue problem? If they have experience with either climbers or horseback riders, that would be a great bonus.

Thanks!

I'd recommend Pat O'Rourke, in Seattle, a fantastic bodyworker (massage therapist doesn't do her justice).

If she's not available, she should be able to refer you to someone else.

Of course, rest is best, but we all know how hard that is...

Thanks, Jedeye. I'll look up Pat when I get back up to Seattle. Rest... yeah, I'd have a lot easier time resting if I wasn't feeling so damn strong right now. Fortunately, not having found a doc (or other) yet, there's nobody around to tell me not to climb. :)

I wold recomend PACE in Portland off MLK for PT. They work with athletes a lot. Also Rebound is great.

Hope that helps
