Geir on the FA

Add Photo  Add Comment    Printer View

Description

The 11- start to Stingray leads to 30 ft. or so of trad placements up a neat face and two more bolts that protect the good head finish.

Location

Same start as Stingray. At fourth bolt clip the right hand of two then make an awkward move right into the crack system.

Protection

Bolts

Just one, Jon, but the correct geir is critical. I have the perfect geir, but I'd prefer not to share :)

Did this clean (no bolts clipped) . Two pieces at the top are less than ideal, but everything is bomber under that, so I think a fall from the last few moves would be big but save.
