whorf boulder, clearcut area
visible on google ea...
Climbable year round. Clearcut area is great in the winter, hot in the summer. Original Garden (Lower Roadside) is shady and nice all summer, can be wet in the winter fall climbing season. Middle Garden holds the best accessable cliffbands still needing development with the lowest quantity of boulders of the three regions.
Hardly secluded these days, the areas sees heavy traffic, but it is still possible to get one of the areas to yourself on a bluebird day. Heavily chalked and ticked for the popular stuff. Moss has regrown heavily for a good portion of whats been cleaned and climbed so it is a great place to chase that "First Ascent" experience. Everything there has been climbed as it has a history going 30+ years back.
Roadside. Take the Quartville highway outside of Sweet Home, everything that fits into "The Garden" proper is before mile 4 mile marker. There is a large amount of rock between mile makers 4 and 21. Quartzville Crags lie beyond Mile 38.
