Start left hand on a pinch sloper on the face, right on the lowest good side pulley part of the arete. Do some tenuous moves into how you would start Sail Away. A very good hard problem.
3 or 4 pads, the top feels a bit airy.

ian means have your right hand on the lowest hold on the arete. tenuous bumps and high high-stepping get you to the stand. looks easy. is not.

If you sit start with your right hand on an edge next to the arete, and your left on a lower crimp on the face you have "Full Sit", perhaps a grade harder.
