Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This short boulder has two friction problems on it's slabby north face - Friction 100 (V0-) and Friction 101 (V1). Although short they are quality and worth a go if in the area to dial in that friction.

There's an easy downclimb on the southeast corner (facing towards The Chube).
