Description

These Marble Ridges, cirques, minarettes and pinnacles are about a half mile south west of 4 Stories, but other marble outcrops are visible along the ridges going back towards 4 Stories and are easily mistaken for this one.

Getting There

Drive one half mile southwest on FS Rd 225 from the 4 Stories parking next to the South French Creek bridge to where a wider shoulder along the road overlooks South French Creek and park (41.215379, -106.41983). The sentinel will be to your south east about one tenth of a mile and up hill steeply for some 335 feet elevation gain.
