BETA PHOTO: Areas of Fremont Butte

Description

Fremont Butte is LOADED with boulders. It has not been fully explored and there are some begging for attention. I have explored this for a day and a half, but the reason I posted this area is to get people interested in this area to develop it. I believe it could become a climbing destination if we can get people to help us develop it.

Hey there, I head down there a lot, and when the snow leaves I can help set up some info here. I stay at a little place right at the butte access road and boulder there a lot, I'd be stoked to help

Hey Jimmie,

Is there a certain family you stay with or do you stay at NOLS? But that would be great to get some more info/history if you have any. I live in Pinedale during the summers and would love to have you show me what you know. I just started to explore last year and as you and I both know, there's a lot of potential up there.

I stay at my uncles cabin near scab creek acess road. He doesn't live there full time.I'm actually headed up there this weekend for hopefully some bouldering but it might be too snowy still. If it's climbable I'll check out some of the routes you have posted

Jimmie,

That would be awesome if you could check some stuff out! I hate depending on my word sometimes! lol. But hopefully the weather will good enough to get some bouldering in. If you get the chance, check out 'Lynguistics' I'm so pumped about that one for some reason and I just want to see if you think it is good as I do. Hopefully you can find something I didn't too.
