Frankenjura at Start of June

Hi,
I'll be in southern Germany the 1st-6th of June, and I'm looking to get outside in the Frankenjura one day that week, preferably later in the work week (Thursday would be perfect). I'm hoping to find something challenging to redpoint but also want to do some easier climbing, and I'm happy to do more than an even share of belaying. I'll have draws, rope, etc.

I'm also wondering how easy it is to find partners on the fly. If I just show up to one of the more popular crags, would I be able to find an english-speaking group or partner mid-week?
