I'm traveling by myself through France and Switzerland starting tomorrow, and I'd like to find someone to climb with or advice on places to boulder solo. My plan thus far is to spend the next few days in Paris, then a couple days in Fontainebleau, a day in Geneva and anywhere in the Alps for the next couple weeks (Chamonix, Zermatt, and Jungfrau region probably). Would anyone want to meet up to do some bouldering or other climbing (maybe even some easy alpine)?
Also, is there a good place to rent a crashpad in Paris or near Fontainebleau? I know some of the gites rent them, but I can't afford to stay at one. I've also heard vague whisperings of a mysterious man in a van that rents gear.
