Description 

A great intro to 5.8 slab climbing, I counted three features wider than a finger tip on the whole route. Ron Brown the first ascender gives it 5.8. Tim and I thought the first move felt more like 5.9. I settled on a "5.8+" here.

Location 

Starts just left of the split in the Split Rock, on the main trail up to the above Sugarloaf. Rap off the anchor.

Protection 

Bolts to a rusty but sturdy anchor with rap chains.
