There are three sport routes in this area. they're all within the 5.10- range. which routes are which is often confusing and debatable. it doesn't really matter that much, they're all fun. the route to the furthest right of these routes starts with a spinning rusted 1/4" bolt that "protects" the crux.
No need to belay off of a tree, it appears to be dead. The two bolt anchor at the top of the steep slab can be used for all three routes and has chains.
