I was just wondering whether y'all had any recommendations as to which FlexBar resistance (color) a climber should purchase? I don't have full blown climber's elbow as it stands, but I've noticed some slight tightness that cannot just be attributed to soreness in my R elbow after hard workouts. I've been climbing for about 2 years, and am starting some serious training, if that helps...
Also, are there any alternative products and/or suggestions for stretches that can be done for climber's elbow that don't require products?
