First outing to Colorado....

I'm planning to go with my non-climbing spouse to Boulder and RMNP in a few weeks. We'll be hiking and biking for this trip but I will be bringing my gear to possibly hook up with someone on the fly.

Where, in your opinion, would we have the best time with the best chance of me hooking up with someone at random?

I just took my first trip there last week. Hit Eldorado Canyon and Lumpy for climbing. I can't imagine it being hard to hook up with someone at eldo, there was a ton of people there. We wanted to do some hiking but a lot of the trails are still in real bad condition. Maybe they'll be better in a couple weeks but I doubt it. There's still a lot of snow up there.
