Coll's Cove parking lot is CLOSED until further notice. MORE INFO >>>
ACCESS ALERT! Coll's Cove parking lot is CLOSED until further notice. On Saturday a parked car was blocking the way for a gas line vehicle to enter. It is the responsibility of the land owner to keep that right of way open for gas line traffic, so he has currently disallowed parking at this location. HOWEVER the land owners are willing to build a gravel lot in the field to the right. The SWPCC (South Western Pennsylvania Climbing Coalition) will be hosting a fund raiser soon to pay for a load of gravel and kiosk. You will be required to sign a release of liability waiver and donate $5 per car to the land owner once the new lot is complete. If you are desperate to go to Coll's in the meantime, please contact myself or Mike Steighner. We have been given permission to park in the land owners driveway, and would be happy to give you a tour. Please spread the word!
This information is a public crowdsourcing effort between the Access Fund,
and Mountain Project. You should confirm closures, restrictions, and/or related dates.
Even further down the ridge from the End Zone is Fern Gully. The woods here are alot more open and it's much easier to walk around. The boulders can be a little spread out, but most are the same quality as the main area.
Development here is still taking place. If you want to help, please let me know!
