Description
Directly behind the Handicapped Parking at Cap Rock is a long, low boulder (The Hatrack) with boulder problems on all sides of it.
Right of Sombrero (V1) and left of the obvious parking sign, on the west face of The Hatrack, is where this friction slab is found. Remember - it's all in the feet. One star out of five.
