I've been working with a psychology professor, Jeff Elison, to understand the nature of fear and how it affects my climbing.
Unlike gravity, fear doesn't work in one just direction and requires some special training. This article explores fear as it applies to climbing.

Very cool. Excellent insight/self awareness. I never thought of fear expanding my mind, that is creating a greater capacity within myself. Way to point out the positive and negative. Good job guys.
