A good time was had all around, though the activities started a little late. My friend, Joey, won the one on one tug-o war AGAIN. That makes 3 times. Also, it was decided that "the best box munchers get their noses dirty".
Shawn, it was good to see you again. Perhaps we could link up some time for an introductory multi-pitch, as i haven't been on any at the stronghold. And with a lil more practice, I may beat you on the milk carton tug of war.
Ian, thanks for all the efforts on the frijole banquet, oh yah and raiding my camp at 2am.
Judging by the number of posts on the 2007 Fall Beanfest, I wonder if beanfesters are losing interest in the event.
Maybe future events could be more program oriented, than party oriented.
Maybe if I keep on rambling on my first post at Mt. Project, I'll stir up a controversy and we might actually here from other festers.
Any way, I love climbing in the Stronghold and I have met some great people.
I dont think the popularity of the FEST is in any danger. Ive missed the last two, but there seemed to be more people there this year than previous years. Phil, definatley should get together. Shawn
