Along the highway just west of the 'Exchamsiks Backchannel Rehabilitation' sign by a huge rock bulge over hanging the highway.

Getting There 

If the pull out is plowed, it takes a few seconds to walk to the base of the route, just be careful of on coming traffic around the blind corner. If it's not plowed, you will have to park along ways away and walk the highway.
