I'm researching the different guide services for a 2017 Everest summit climb. Right now I'm looking at Alpenglow, IMG, and Alpine Ascents. Anyone have any experiences or recommendations?

Also, some of the different companies offer various levels of support (4:1 client to guide ratio, 1:1 ratio, extra O2, etc). Interested to hear thoughts on those as well.

i'd go with alpenglow, they offer complimentary macchiatos at advanced base camp.

Alpenglow. Adrian knows his stuff, and running on the north side has its merits in terms of objective hazards (Avoids Khumbu Icefall). IMG is also a great company to climb with. Just do your research, and see what you want to spend. Alpenglow is more expensive, but you get much better chances of summiting. I haven't had much experience with AA, but Alpenglow and IMG are two of the largest on Everest.

I would recommend the Altitude Junkies. One organizer and the rest are climbing sherpas. I climbed another 8,000m peak with them. Smaller team and these guys simply get it done.
