Where's a good North facing crag around Estes? Trying to keep cool today.

Deer Mountain, if it isn't burning. North facing stuff at Thimble and Needle on Prospect Mt.

Is Deer Mountain open to climbing or is it closed because of raptor nesting?

Yeah, looks like it's closed for raptor nesting. I think bouldering in the high country is the best bet. Any suggestions out there for that? Prefereably a place that doesn't require me to bus in at present.

... Also, a place to make a weak little non-bolderer like myself strong.

Wizard's Gate doesn't see sun until mid-afternoon.
