EP best customer service ever

I've got to give a public shout out to Entre-Prises (the climbing hold company). I had a problem with a recent order and when I called their customer service line they were super friendly and helpful. They went way above and beyond to make things right. Best customer service experience I've had... Ever. Great company that makes a great product.
