Description 

Sit start with a left hand at the arete, and a right hand, sidepull-crimp. From there, work up the overhang using the sidepull and sloping pinches. Top it out slightly left of the tree.

A left heel-hook makes the final moves much easier.

Location 

West-face of Plot Rock.

Protection 

A few pads should do, the landing is pretty rough though, as there is a large rock directly beneath the problem.
