Elephants Perch or Needles of CA now thorugh mid Septmeber....

I have some free time but no partners right now. I'd love to head to the Elephants Perch (could combine that with Lake Louise, Bugaboos, etc) or to the Needles (could combine with Tuolome, the Valley).... As a result of the Needles Lookout burning down about a week ago, the fireroad and trail leading to the Needles has been closed for an as yet undetermined amount of time. Bummer.
