Description
Fun location with a nice grade range for everyone.
Great rock.
This sector has mostly single pitch routes especially on its lower angle, easier left side and picks up a few multi pitch offerings as one trends to the right.
Several 2 to 3 pitch routes.
El Escalón has 33 routes ranging from lower angle slab routes such as Los Estudiantes, 3+, to La Mona Lisa at 7c+.
While the approach isnt too bad, the staging area is a touch narrow and above a steep drop off. Take care with the children.
