Description Suggest change

Moderate snow on the lower part of this climb that leads to a tricky transition to the rock across a moat (varies with season). The rock we found to be 4th class but many variations exist.

Location Suggest change

The route can be seen from the Keith Hut below Joffre in Cerise Creek. Travel up and to the right from there to gain the snow and ridge proper.

Protection Suggest change

Small alpine rack. Possibly a few snow pickets and definitely an ice axe.
