Description

Secluded climbing on granite. There is one easy bolted route on the far left side of this face (on the toe) and several moderate cracks that need to be cleaned and climbed more.

The east face is not protected by trees, so is rather sunny, especially in the morning.

Getting There

When you hike up the trail from Steven's Creek Road, you will arrive at the toe separating the south face from the east face. The east face is on the right, and goes up the hill.

Southeast Face 5.5  WA : Spokane Area : ... : East Face
This well-protected easy climb begins at the toe separating the south and east faces. It is fun for the grade, and also can be used to gain access to the ledge where the south face anchors are located if you want to set up TRs.Though grungy, you could also TR the face directly below the anchor for this route. If it cleaned up it would probably be pretty fun....[more]   Browse More Classics in WA
