Hey, nicktucker… Like Kraken said check out erockonline. That site can seem a little harsh sometimes, but really people get along fine despite the bickering. Besides that it's generally welcoming to people interested in more traditional climbing style. you might also want to go to the trail project the 3rd Sat of every month to meet some potential partners. Erock has been awesome lately, great weather and no crowds. I guess the crowds are all at Reimer's, where they belong;)
