Dumb.

Hey y'all. About to leave for a trip to te gunks and dropped a box on my hand at work and crushed my nail which fell off. |
|
I've dealt with two different crush injuries to my digits in the last year (I need to be a lot more careful). The first was slamming my finger in a door last November, and a much more serious encounter between my thumb and a hammer 6 weeks ago, which resulted in a broken bone (I'm slowly reintroducing climbing, but still avoiding all use of the thumb in climbing). |
|
Not sure how bad it is, but I've found that taping 2 fingers together helped to support the injured one and let the good one take some of the forces. Soft coverage of wounded area is a must too. |

Haha yes I was joking about that mocking the bikenut. |

Forget the Gunks. Grab a corner stool at Thirsty's for the weekend instead. |
