This route ascends the steep face to the right of the arete on the southern end of The Terrace. After gaining a ledge, powerful and thin moves lead you up to the arete where this line joins "The Arete" and continues up to the bolt anchor.

8 bolts to a 2 bolt anchor.

Climbed 40 foot overhanging sport route on orangish granite that was across beam and up the stream a short ways. It was the only route we could see on that piece of rock. It didn't fit rating of Dream Scene (as compared to other 11b's in that area), is this a different climb or am I turning into a pansy?

I would tend to agree that this doesn't fit with the other 11b's in the area. Or, I'm also a pansy.

I think the overhanging route you guys are talking about is in the Spider's Den. There is only one route on the rock, and it is hard.
