Reach for the Stars, Mike Rennick
you can see wher...

Description

Sunny most of the time. New area still being developed and it looks as if the rock has never been touched. Some hard overhanging projects here. Decent granite. There is garbage that people dump around so watch your footing on approaches.

Getting There

If your coming from the north or south on I-215, take the 74 East exit and head east. Follow for about 3.5 miles, then take a right on Briggs. There will be a big school on your right (Heritage School, name of rocks, get it?). Follow for half mile and take a left on McLaughlin. Follow for 1/4 mile. Take a right on Emperor Rd and the road will turn to dirt. Park somewhere where your out of the way depending on what rock your gonna climb.

Gettin' Lippy... a little swing after the throw out left :)!

Gettin' Lippy V3 PG13  CA : Riverside/Orange Counties : ... : After my Mom
Sit start with your hands matched on the lower jug then to hole in the rock - you'll see it. Then up to a nice crimp out towards the lip of the boulder, then comes the crux. A big throw out left then some strong moves getting around the lip using a solid crack to crimp above... now theres two top out variations one goes to the left and stops on the shelf half way up, or go towards the right and that will take you to the top....[more]   Browse More Classics in CA

Thanks for the input Dayne. I didn't know anything about it and was hoping someone like you would chime in. I ran into a rattler when I was searching around for boulders. Watch out!
