Follow for about 3.5 miles, then take a right on Briggs. There will be a big school on your right (Heritage School, name of rocks, get it?). Follow for half mile and take a left on McLaughlin. Follow for 1/4 mile. Take a right on Emperor Rd and the road will turn to dirt. Park somewhere where your out of the way depending on what rock your gonna climb.
