DIVIDENDS ARE IN!

Stoke is high here for climbing season. Now what to get Doubles in C4s in 1,2,3 or a Helmet and fill in some holes in my Trad Rack... |
Get cash back.... |
Fifteen bucks only goes so far... |
$3!!!! |
$40 of the worst freeze dried garbage in the place |
I got $295. Stoked. REI Visa FTW. Going to get a two person sleeping bag for the lady and I. |
$72. Deciding whether I should kick-start a trad rack with a single cam or save it for some camping supplies. |

Master Cams 00, 0, 2, and assorted biners and runners will be shoved in cracks and clipped at Red Rocks next week. Tis a magical time of year! |

If you have the will-power to save your dividends for another month, you can probably get yourselves some of the new BD X4 cams. I spoke with an REI agent briefly and it seems like BD will be shipping them out on April 16th, and that you can backorder the cams before that. |

Camalots are at Kmart, right? |
$372! |
I decided to get rid of my old credit card and try the REI Visa. I guess it was worth it. Dividend is $450.00! I too am pretty stocked up on gear, but the two person bag mentioned up thread is sounding like good idea. |

Or I guess you could spend it on something at REI you don't really need.... |
Don't listen to these responsible wankers. Spend that shit! You NEED moar gearz! |

Jake Jones wrote:Some of you spend some serious money at REI. I got $47 bucks back. With a 20% off coupon this means a relatively cheap new pair of shoes for moi. Speaking of the coupon, does anyone know when it comes out?I think you need to read a little closer next time... The people that are getting over $100 back all stated they have the REI Visa card which gives you 1% back on ALL purchases as well as 15% back on REI purchases. |

Jake, It is not necessarily money spent at REI. My wife uses her REIVisa for work travel. |
$145 |

I 2nd the fact that you don't need to ever set foot in REI to get a fat dividend... And you probably want to wait for July to get a check for some of it (assuming your basement is as full of gear as mine). |

I'm surprised this thread hasn't deteriorated into another "I hate REI" thread. I like REI! |

Get your dividend working for you again. If you wait till July, get cash from them. Put the cash in your bank account, spend on your rei credit card, then pay off the balance with that cash. You can earn more dividends this way |
