Distinguishing replies

I notice a VERY slight gray stripe between replies but honestly I'm having a hard time telling when one reply begins and the other starts.

The stripe seems to be a site attribute. Is there a way on my local to enhance the color of the stripe or perhaps can the site make sequential replies more easily distinguishable?

I'm reading one thread currently and really can't tell if if one sentence is the last of one reply or the first of the the next.

LOL Umph!

Jeff - try turning up the contrast setting on your monitor, and perhaps lowering the brightness a bit. That should help.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
