Dirtbag needs residency in Boulder

Ive been living in my van here in Boulder for about six months now. Recently the van was totaled and I'd like to establish residency and have a new one registered here. I do not need a place to crash just a place to receive a few pieces of mail. Due to boulders residency laws I'm trying to avoid putting friends at risk of eviction. If anyone is willing to help out let me know. Thanks!
