Or you could read this and become a healthy self-aware person. At that point, you know that modern psychology lacks any true understanding of the human being. You no longer need tips on how to limit the mind created suffering that you endure.

I guess you are trying to help people with your articles but I believe you are helping to reinforce the dysfunctional conditioned mind patterns with which we all exist.
