Description Suggest change

Dixie climbs Deep in the Heart of Texas through the first two bolts, then moves right under a very large white block to clip the 3rd bolt of Diixe and gain the broad arete. Continue up the featured and pocketed face trending right to the anchors. The Dixie Variation may necessitate a long sling on the 2nd bolt or back cleaning to reduce rope drag.

Location Suggest change

Right side of the Heart Wall.
Begin just uphill from the toe of the arete (5.8).

Protection Suggest change

10 bolts & anchor with mussy hooks.
