Description Suggest change

On the south face of the boulder is a horizontal hand crack in an awkward flare. The Dead Animal traverses this crack from right to left, using hand and finger jams, as the ground drops away below you. After about ten feet of this you reach a scoop and can mantle up into it. The crack can be dirty, there is a bad landing, and the climbing is strenuous, awkward, and inobvious. It's anti-classic!

Protection Suggest change

Pad and spotter. The boulder that used to give this problem a bad landing has been dug out and laid flat. The landing is no longer an issue.
