Description

A cute little cliff, away from the crowds, slightly sheltered from the winds facing south.
The sun will only reach the base of the climbs late in the season.

There's flagged access to the top of the cliff near the bridge on the west side (left) of the cliff.

Une petite falaise mignone qui risque d'être moins populeuse que d'autres endroits comme Shawbrdge ou Tranchant.
La falaise fait face au sud mais le soleil rejoindra seulement le bas de la paroie en fin de saison.

Il y a un sentier balisé qui monte au sommet près du pont à l'ouest (gauche) de la paroie.

Getting There

From Ste-Emilie-de-l'Energie, take the 131 North.

Main Parking:
Take a right on Chemin du Quatrieme rang,
Look for the parking on your left for the National Trail "Sentier de la Matawinie"
Take the trail for 2.5 km until you hit the damn, follow the drainage of the lake and the cliff will be visible on your right.

Secondary Parking:
Travel on the 131 North for 6km from Ste-Emilie-de-l'Energie,
After the Chemin du 5e rang (on your left) remain on the 131 and the parking is on your right,
on Google 46.361306,-73.679556, follow the trail for 1.2km.
The previous parking in the bend was too dangerous and has been permanently closed.

À partir de Ste-Émilie-de-l'Énergie, prendre la 131 Nord.

Stationnement principal:
Prendre la droit sur le chemin du Quatrième Rang,
Trouvez le stationnement du sentier National Matawinie à Gauche,
Prendre le sentier pour environ 2.5km où vous aurez le barrage et la décharge du Lac Kaël,
Suivez le canyon et vous aurez la falaise à droite.

Stationnement secondaire:
Prenez la 131 Nord pour 6km depuis Ste-Émilie-de-l'Énergie,
Après le Chemin du 5ème rang (à gauche) restez sur la 131 et le stationnement est à droite,
Sur Google 46.361306,-73.679556 Suivez le sentier pour 1.2km.
L'ancien stationnement dans le tournant étais trop dangereux et a été fermé pour de bon.
