Description

Start up the overhanging face and pull past a bulge. Mantel up a few more bulges, and then climb the slightly overhanging face to the top on good holds.

Location

This climbs the face up the middle of the alcove in the center of the wall.

Protection

One pin and bolts protect the route. You can place an optional cam down low. Bolted anchor.

A #0.75 Camalot for the crack a few feet above the pin down low is a really good idea. The moves through there aren't gimmes and the ledge below tugged at my mind as I worked through the section. The bulging crux up higher is tricky. I liked it.

The bolt line is a bit contrived, with easier climbing just to the sides in places. Still fun though.
